Of the more than 300 trafficked people Mosaic has worked with, the majority have not spoken much English and some have been unable to read even their native language. To overcome language and literacy barriers, we teamed up with local artist Jacob Haynes to create a series of wordless comics to communicate with some of the hardest-to-reach people in our communities. The stories these comics tell are based on the experiences of people who have survived human trafficking in North Texas.
