Our goal is to reinvent what it means to be a homeowner in the United States by redefining the perception of real estate investing. At one point, the American dream was to have a family, a good paying job, and property that YOU owned. The most fundamental quality of being an American was having a piece of property to call your own. Much has changed since then but we believe that we are the company

to bring home ownership back to every American. Since our freshman year of college in 2009, we have been investing in single and multi-family rental properties. Throughout this process, we realized that everyone should have access to invest in real estate regardless of age, socioeconomic status, or any other factor. If parents encourage their children to invest in Disney stock (for example), why not encourage them to invest in real estate? With returns on rent anywhere from 8%-40% annually on the principle investment and returns well over 100% with the sale of a property, we believe that we have broken down the barrier preventing 90% of the population from investing in real estate. We provide returns comparable to the wealthiest real estate investors and provide more transparency than any REIT (Real Estate Investment Trust) in the country. In addition to leveling the playing field, we also find tenants for the properties, and have a property management company that handles everything from lawn care to burst pipes. All it takes is $100 to begin investing in a property. With your help we can change the world.
