Invest in Family

Hi folks, thank you for wanting to learn more about our company. My wife Carol and I began investing in Real Estate in 2005 with a single family home. We were terrified because we didn’t know what we were doing, and sold it a few years later, thankful we didn’t lose our shirts. However, we tried it again in 2016 with a duplex, and this time we had a slightly better plan and made better cash flow.

But later in that same year, we discovered a training and mentoring group with great mentors and in-depth training. That made all the difference. We sold the duplex, and bought a 10 unit apartment in Ennis TX with a good friend of mine. After 19 months, we sold it and doubled our money! Since buying that property, I have bought two more properties as a Lead/Sponsor (18 and 44 doors), with multiple investors. And on the most recent property, we have started the Property Management part of HZF Properties LLC.

Our strategy is simple: acquire properties where we can add value to the lives of the residents, and for our investors. We learn something new every day while on the job with property management, and from our group of like-minded friends, mentors, consultants and investors at Lifestyles Unlimited.
