As a teacher, it’s important to make your health a priority. It can be hard at times to squeeze in time to worry about yourself, or your health, but it’ll help keep you showing up as your best self for your class!

Here are 3 simple tips to help make your health a priority.

Drink plenty of water throughout the day. Get a water bottle that’s labeled, set a timer, add fruit or flavor enhancers to the water. Just make sure you get adequate water.

Exercise before or after your workday to help clear your mind, so you can start your day right or finish your day with a clear mind.

Sit down on Friday evening to reflect on your week. See what went well, what didn’t & if you need to make any changes. Whether that be in your classroom or at home.
