⭐️Job Post⭐️
One thing I’ve noticed over the years is that a lot of coaches eventually reach a point where they start wondering what life looks like outside of athletics.
Not because they stopped loving kids.
Not because they stopped caring.
Sometimes life just changes.
And honestly, those transitions can be hard. Coaching becomes more than a job — it becomes part of your identity, your relationships, and your purpose.
That’s why I wanted to mention Legacy Insurance Group.
A lot of companies talk about culture, but this is one that genuinely seems to value faith, family, relationships, and people. They’ve built an environment where former coaches and educators can still feel like they’re part of a team, still building relationships, and still making an impact.
This isn’t meant to be some big recruiting pitch.
I just know there are coaches out there quietly trying to figure out their next chapter, and sometimes hearing about good people and good environments matters.
There is life after coaching.
And for the right person, maybe this is something worth looking into.
