Hire a Part 107 drone pilot.
Recreational pilots are not to use footage for business advertising of your Listings.

ANYONE WITH AN ESTABLISHED LLC

Update: Enforcement of the Beneficial Ownership Information Report requirement has been paused due to a Texas Federal Court injunction, which is currently being appealed by FINCEN.

KEEP YOUR EYES ON THIS!!!

Starting January 1, 2024, most newly formed companies are required by federal law to submit a Beneficial Ownership Information Report to the Financial Crimes Enforcement Office (FinCEN) within 90 days of creation or registration.

Companies formed before January 1, 2024 have until December 31, 2024 to submit an Initial BOI Report. Failure to comply with this requirement comes with steep financial penalties and possible jail time (yikes!), so it’s important to make sure you’re compliant!

What happens if I don’t file by the deadline?
Failure to file may become extremely costly, with civil penalties starting at $500 per day and criminal penalties of up to $10,000 and/or two years in prison.

The Corporate Transparency Act (CTA) requires certain entities to file a beneficial ownership information (BOI) report with the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN):

Corporations and LLCs
Any corporation or limited liability company (LLC) created or registered to do business in the U.S. must file a BOI report

Foreign companies
Any foreign company registered to do business in the U.S. must file a BOI report

Trusts
Settlors of a trust must file a BOI report if the trust owns at least 25% of a reporting company and the settlor has the right to revoke the trust or withdraw any of its assets
