Praise the Lord! Lord in the name of Jesus of course! This past week was a wonderful one. It was filled with challenges!
I could tell more but I have cannot forget to thank the Lord in the name of Jesus Christ for this past week and the week to come! In the name of Jesus I claim over everyone’s life great success, overcoming any opposition that may present itself! And in the name of Jesus, Amen! It is now so!
I witnessed some more of great favor that came undeniably from God!

Qualifications for Overseers and Deacons
Here is a trustworthy saying: Whoever aspires to be an overseer desires a noble task. Now the overseer is to be above reproach, faithful to his wife, temperate, self-controlled, respectable, hospitable, able to teach, not given to drunkenness, not violent but gentle, not quarrelsome, not a lover of money. He must manage his own family well and see that his children obey him, and he must do so in a manner worthy of full respect. (If anyone does not know how to manage his own family, how can he take care of God’s church?) He must not be a recent convert, or he may become conceited and fall under the same judgment as the devil. He must also have a good reputation with outsiders, so that he will not fall into disgrace and into the devil’s trap.
In the same way, deacons are to be worthy of respect, sincere, not indulging in much wine, and not pursuing dishonest gain. They must keep hold of the deep truths of the faith with a clear conscience. They must first be tested; and then if there is nothing against them, let them serve as deacons.
In the same way, the women are to be worthy of respect, not malicious talkers but temperate and trustworthy in everything.
A deacon must be faithful to his wife and must manage his children and his household well. Those who have served well gain an excellent standing and great assurance in their faith in Christ Jesus.
Reasons for Paul’s Instructions
Although I hope to come to you soon, I am writing you these instructions so that, if I am delayed, you will know how people ought to conduct themselves in God’s household, which is the church of the living God, the pillar and foundation of the truth. Beyond all question, the mystery from which true godliness springs is great:
He appeared in the flesh,
was vindicated by the Spirit,
was seen by angels,
was preached among the nations,
was believed on in the world,
was taken up in glory.
Children’s Education and Movie Day:
If you have any children under the age of 17, one chaperone and or parent is welcome to attend our Children Education and Movie Day under the “The Screen”! During these events you are required to rsvp ahead at least two hours before each event! At the events we will set aside 15 minutes at the beginning of the event towards the kids financial education category and then after begin the showing on the Screen of a pg rated movie! We asked if you are dropping off your responsible child and picking up that you are sure to sign beforehand necessary documentation of consents and then arrive close to the end time of the events of a least 10 minutes prior! If interested please shoot a text to 214-784-0689 to let us know! At this event educational supplies and movie day food, drinks and snack Will be provided. But be sure to alert us of any food allergies your child may have! The cover charge for these events are $5 per child but if necessary we have additional resources if the price is not able to met; just let us know! Space is limited to 15 people so book ASAP! Starting age is 8 years old and goes up to 12 years old.
