The USA Today ranking was given on April 28, 2025 and was created and tabulated by USA Today and Statista. The ranking was formulated based on a combination of: (1) survey results for the period of November 2024 through January 2025, (2) an investment adviser's long-term growth in assets under management for the period of January 2020 through January 2025, and (3) an investment adviser's short-term asset growth for the period January 2024 through January 2025. Although FTA has paid USA Today for a license to use the ranking in FTA materials, FTA did not pay any compensation to obtain the ranking, and the survey portion of the ranking prohibited self-promotion by advisers.
