Got a call 📲 today to add a 67 Ford Classic.

My go to carrier wasn’t the best bang for your buck policy today and honestly just sucked on the deductible options as well.

My current client asked me what to do if I were in their shoes so I spoke true and sent them to my competitor.

Although I didn’t get the new business sale on the books I was able to refer the client to another insurance company who I knew was the “no brainer choice” and best option.

It’s this type of transparency that my clients value with the relationship.

RELATIONSHIPS are key. And in the end the client loved the honesty and said they never had this type of trust with their prior agent.
