What value does your insurance agent ad?

I got a call from Kay, one of my customers. Her car was rear-ended in a parking lot. She was ready to submit a claim to her insurance but I asked if the other driver had insurance and who it was with. She said it was with Progressive, and since Progressive is a standard carrier with a relatively decent record I recommend she just make the claim through them. She attempted several times and came up with nothing (first by phone, then online, then phone again, etc.). She called me back and I said, "let's do this call together" - again, first a call (no luck), then online (no luck), then another call and we got through and after 30 or so minutes everything was in order and she had the name and number of an adjuster who will come out and look at the car.

I didn't "save her money" or tell her to call someone else. I simplly got involved and advocated for my customer. I picked up the phone with her and made a 3-way call. Most agents don't do that and almost never give out their cell phone number. I'm not your typical agent - I care. So, I ask again, "What value does your insurance agent ad?"
