On today's episode of things that will be in the before pictures but absolutely not in the afters, I present...

Dropped soffits.

I know some people like them, but I would go so far as to say that it's a life goal of mine to rid every single house of them.

Stay tuned; if we get this one then we will absolutely be demoing them. 🤪

Next Up: 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath + bonus room AND a pool will be available this fall!

Our next project went under contract & are we EVER excited to be starting on our 4th Bluewater Bay project this year. This also counts as our 6th project we've done in Niceville.

We love this community & how supportive they've been with our work. We've truly had great experiences with the HOA's & neighbors - in part because our crew is top notch, but also because the neighborhood is full of kind people!

So when people ask if the people Niceville really are nice... I'd say absolutely!

There's something really special about renovating with the future homeowner already in mind. Every decision we make feels a little more personal.

We're new to pre-selling our renovations, but not new to making sure the future owners of our homes get a finished product they can enjoy & be proud of!
