Our incredible realtors Derrick & Emily The Sumners - Jason Mitchell Group showed our current renovation project in Mary Esther to a client. The client loved what they saw & trusted in our vision. We have reached a new milestone: One of our flips under contract before it's even completed!

I know we say this a lot, but we truly are blessed to work with the best!!

This Week at Foundation & Light

⚓️ Windward (Bluewater Bay) kitchen is already looking so much brighter & more open by removing the uppers on the range wall. Instead, we'll have a range hood with a discreet vent. We also removed an upper & valance from the sink wall.. Instantly better!

⚓️ Scottsdale (Mary Esther) is 100% cleared out! This was a MASSIVE undertaking by the amazing Amy, & we know the crew appreciates her saving them from all the slithery critters. 😉

⚓️ We finally ordered the right stands for our yard signs.. So if you see them out and about, snap a photo and send it to us!

We knew that this house was going to go quickly. Between the incredible location in Bluewater Bay, the phenomenal job our renovation crew PMB Handyman Service, LLC. does EVERY SINGLE TIME, & the attention to detail of our incredible realtors The Sumners - Jason Mitchell Group, it was bound to happen.

Even so, we never would have guessed we'd be getting a full price, no contingencies offer within an HOUR of listing this home! THANK YOU to everyone who has made this project a success, & congratulations to the buyers. We hope you'll love living in this home as much as we've enjoyed renovating it!!
