This past weekend, our team was out at the Home Expo in Prescott.

Each day, a different team member stepped in to represent the agency. Making introductions, talking with local contractors, offering guidance, and being present in the community.

And they had fun doing it. There was a lot of talking, laughing, and connecting with people who stopped by. Handing out items to kids and adults, sharing a few stories, and just enjoying being part of the event.

No one was standing shoulder to shoulder the whole time.
But the message, the approach, and the standard stayed consistent.
