Ron Norfleet, a YCSO Fraud Investigator, will share valuable information about the latest scams circulating in Yavapai County and provide practical tips on how to recognize fraudulent phone calls, emails, and text messages—and what you can do to protect yourself.

Medicare isn't one program—it's four separate parts, and most people don't realize what each one covers until they need it.

Part A covers hospital stays. Part B covers doctor visits and outpatient care (monthly premium is $202.90 in 2026). Part C bundles A, B, and often D into a private Medicare Advantage plan. Part D covers prescription drugs.

Missing a part? You could face gaps in coverage—or lifetime penalties if you enroll late. And if you think "Medicare covers everything," you're in for a surprise: dental, vision, and most long-term care aren't included in Original Medicare.

Hey everyone! I’m excited to officially introduce myself as a licensed Life & Health Insurance Agent here in Arizona.

After years of working closely with people through being a C.N.A, cosmetologist, working in education, and running my own business, I realized my favorite part has always been helping others. That’s what led me into insurance.

I specialize in helping individuals and families understand their Medicare options— without the confusion or pressure. My goal is to help you feel supported when choosing insurance, I’ll try to make it simple, honest, and understandable.
