🏡 JUST CLOSED! 🎉🔑 | ¡OTRO CIERRE EXITOSO!

This client had a goal: to start investing in real estate. 🏠📈

As a self-employed borrower, his tax returns didn’t reflect the income needed to qualify for a traditional mortgage. But that didn’t mean we had to stop there! 💡

We found a solution with a 12-month bank statement program, allowing us to qualify him using his business deposits. And with his ITIN number, we were still able to make the financing work for his investment property.

✨ Final result: 6.625% interest rate! 🔥

This is why I love what I do—when the traditional mortgage box doesn’t work, there may be other options. My job is to find the right strategy for YOUR situation.
