Nicole is one of our amazing Client Operations Assistants here at The Admin Effect! She’s a problem-solver at heart and loves digging into the details, finding solutions, and helping our clients and team work smarter. 💡

A little about Nicole:
She graduated Magna Cum Laude from UNC Charlotte with a degree in Finance, and we’re pretty lucky she chose to kick off her career with us! 😉

When she’s not solving problems for our clients, you can find Nicole spending time with her fiancé, Nick, and her very full house of four-legged friends: horses Cash & Dolly and dogs Sophie, Sammy & Leo. She and Nick are also counting down to their wedding in September 2027! 💍

As we wrap up another incredible summer, we're saying goodbye (for now!) to our 2026 intern, Stefan.

Stefan has been an amazing addition to our team, bringing a positive attitude, curiosity, and a willingness to jump into every opportunity. From implementing new processes behind the scenes to brightening the office with his upbeat personality, he made a lasting impact on our team.

When we asked Stefan about his internship, his favorite part was working alongside such a welcoming team while gaining real world experience. He shared that one of his biggest takeaways was learning just how important communication, organization, and attention to detail are in a professional environment, and that even the smallest tasks can make a big impact.

This fall, Stefan is heading to the University of South Carolina to study International Business. He's most excited about meeting new people, getting involved on campus, and developing the skills that will help him build a successful career.

His advice for future interns:
"Ask questions, take initiative, and don't be afraid to step outside your comfort zone. You'll learn the most by getting involved."

And when we asked what he'll miss most about The Admin Effect, his answer said it all:
"The people. Everyone made me feel welcome from day one, and the positive environment made coming to work something I genuinely looked forward to."

Stefan, thank you for everything you've contributed this summer. Your hard work, thoughtful contributions, and contagious positivity have left a lasting impression on all of us. We can't wait to see all you accomplish at USC and beyond, and we can't wait to see what you accomplish next.

This week's Office Grammy creation is one of our favorites yet.

Donnelle surprised our Founder + CEO, Katelyn Graham, with this beautiful hand-painted portrait of the historic home that The Admin Effect proudly calls home. More than a painting, it's a tribute to the vision, purpose, and legacy that lives within these walls.

Along with her gift, Donnelle shared these heartfelt words with Katelyn:

"The old home has stood the test of time, which directly relates to Katelyn's desire to create something that truly lasts... When someone feels seen, they rise. When someone feels safe, they take chances. When someone feels believed in, they become brave enough to believe in themselves."
