She's the kind of leader who sees what you're capable of before you've even figured it out yourself. The kind who pushes you outside your comfort zone, celebrates the little wins like they're the big ones, and somehow makes you feel like there's nothing you can't figure out.
And while the world gets to see the business she's built, we get to see the heart behind it.
We see the long days, the big dreams, the laughter that fills the office, and the way she continues to show up for the people who are part of her journey.
Katelyn, we hope you know that while you're busy building something extraordinary, you're also becoming a part of so many people's stories. And that's something no business milestone could ever measure.
