🏠 Florida Realtors! 🌴 Are you looking for an excellent opportunity to assist your clients in purchasing HUD homes? Look no further than the FHA $100 Down or Good Neighbor Mortgage Program! Here's why you should consider offering these programs:

Low FICO Scores Allowed: Scores as low as 500 allowed with compensating factors

High Loan-to-Value (LTV): When purchasing a HUD home with the FHA $100 Down program, your clients can exceed the 96.5% LTV, for those with limited down payment funds.

Debt-to-Income (DTI) Ratio: When using the FHA $100 Down and Good Neighbor Mortgage Programs ratios of 31/43 can be exceeded with compensating factors and FICO scores over 580.
