🚗💥 IN A CAR ACCIDENT? HERE’S WHAT TO DO.

Accidents happen. Knowing what to do can help protect you and make the claims process easier.

1️⃣ STOP & STAY SAFE
Move to a safe location if possible. Turn on your hazard lights and check for injuries.

2️⃣ CALL 911 IF NEEDED
If anyone is injured or there is significant damage, contact emergency services.

3️⃣ EXCHANGE INFORMATION
Get the other driver’s:
• Name & phone number
• Driver’s license
• Insurance information
• License plate number

4️⃣ TAKE PHOTOS 📸
Document the vehicles, damage, surrounding area, road conditions, and any relevant signs or signals.

5️⃣ GET WITNESS INFORMATION
If anyone witnessed the accident, ask for their name and contact information.

6️⃣ DON’T ADMIT FAULT
Stick to the facts and let the insurance companies and authorities determine what happened.

7️⃣ REPORT THE ACCIDENT
Contact your insurance agent as soon as possible to report the claim and discuss next steps.
