Loveeeee reviews like this!! So happy to help this family!
Congratulations to this amazing family!! 🥂🍾
We FINALLY crossed the finish line together!! We have been working together since August to find a piece of property that fit their lifestyle, their needs and their wants. 🌾🏡🏹🪴
They had been let down time and time again and I felt as if I was failing them, but they never gave up on me and together we pushed through until we finally landed the one. 🙌🏽
There is soooo much I could say about this awesome, hilarious, full of s***k and life loving family! These two boys are rambunctious yet polite and sweet little gentlemen! 🧍🏼♂️🧍🏼♂️ And, the parents….well let’s just say there was NEVER a dull moment with them around 😂 🤪😎
Matt is serving our country in the US ARMY 🇺🇸 🫡Thank you, for your continued sacrifice, and for your humor that kept everyone laughing during this long process. 🤭
Brandi Herbert thank you for not giving up even when it felt as though your dreams of the perfect lot was far away!! You are an absolute rock star 🤩🤘🏽wife and mom, and it was an absolute honor to walk with you through the highs and lows of this process. 🤗 Thank you for keeping everyone’s heads above water through it all!! 🫶🏽
So thankful for everyone who helped through this process! ✨We had an absolute gem of a lender who helped get us through the process of switching loans on two separate occasions and tweaking numbers multiple times throughout the months to make things work with each creative offer we wrote! I absolutely Highly recommend Lauryn Francisco, Mortgage Loan Officer NMLS #918632 from Central Coast Lending for any of your VA loan needs. 💸🏦
I can’t thank the listing agent, Josee, enough for her help in us land this thing!!! 😭🤩 The process ran so dang smooth and communication was clear from beginning to end!! 📲 I would absolutely love to work with her again! 💯
Thank you to Marie and team at Woodland Title Agency, LLC for making sure we closed on time and had everything filed and done the same day with no setbacks!! 🗂🏡🔑
CONGRATULATIONS to everyone involved!!! Team work makes the dream work!!! 🙌🏽🎊🍾👏🏽🥂🥰
