Cinci is also ranked #1 in page views which shows demand for units is still high. Much more needs to be done but these are promising data points that should give practitioners more comfort.

Biggest decline in annual sales: - 14.9%, Reynoldsburg
Number of communities with median sales price over $500,000: Seven — Bexley, Dublin, Grandview Heights, Granville, New Albany, Powell and Upper Arlington.
