The Job
We are looking for individuals to work with our team of courteous collection personnel. The right candidates will bring a good attitude and the following qualifications:
Basic Requirements:
1. High School Diploma/GED.
2. 18 years of age or older.
3. Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
4. Must possess computer and typing skills.
5. Possess telephone etiquette skills.
Responsibilities:
1. Negotiate the best possible payment arrangements.
2. Perform skip tracing duties.
3. Ensure all accounts are worked within client standards and Federal Regulations.
4. Work within the FDCPA/TCPA guidelines.
5. Maintain clear and accurate documentation of all attempts and/or contacts made and received for accounts in accordance with company and client specifications.
6. Sufficient reasoning skills to collect data, define problems, establish facts and draw valid conclusions.
7. Must be able to establish and maintain effective working relationships with supervising personnel and co-workers.
Shift
Regular work hours are from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm (with half hour lunch), with one late night shift required per week (10:30 am to 7:00 pm) and one half day on a Saturday (8:00 am to 12:00 pm) once per month
