Everyone. It has been confirmed that the accident on Steltzer road has been confirmed as a fatal accident. Please plan on entering and exiting through the McCutcheon exit for the next several hours still. The Steltzer exit to the Steltzer and McCutcheon intersection is closed.

Despite the Board's efforts over the past year to manage parking violations by placing tow tags on improperly parked vehicles, the situation has worsened. As a result, the Board has decided to implement random towing sweeps in partnership with our towing service provider. This notice serves as a final reminder: vehicles must be parked only in approved areas to avoid being towed without notice and at the owner's expense. A parking map is attached for your reference and is always available on the owners' portal. Additionally, signs have been posted throughout the community at the homeowners' expense. There will be no reimbursement considerations to owners for these costs. Parking sweeps will begin randomly after 11/1/2024, and the below list is the associations ‘Immediate Towing’ list outlined in the handbook.

Parked in front of a fire hydrant
Parked in a “no parking” zone identified with signs
Parked in front of another’s mailbox and impeding mail delivery
Parked in front of another’s driveway and/or impeding trash removal
Inoperable vehicles with flat tire(s) or damage to the car making it inoperable
Trailers or boats
Commercial Vehicles (Semis, box trucks, cargo vans, etc).

This incident happened Sunday morning around 1:35 AM is three individuals raided a neighbors garage twice. They are driving around in a red ram 1500 truck.The vehicle has a handicap license plate number DV5657 and when the police officer ran the license plate, they never said it was stolen, but they said it came back to a Chevrolet. If you have any information please share it. Please make sure to keep your garages closed and if possible keep your outside lights on.

As many of you may have noticed. The HOA will no longer tolerate the levels of violence, damage, and trespassing in the neighborhood. Cops will be posted randomly at the high school bus stops. Anyone caught in the park,pond,and common areas after dark will be greeted with a police officer and tress-passed. Along with fines being sent to the registered homes if they live here. These three areas are closed to everyone after dark. As for the recent fights videos and pictures were provided to GJPS administration to include the athletic department since some of offenders are reported to play football there. Everyone talk to your kids and prevent them from getting into a bad situation. We stand strong and united in protecting this neighborhood.

Today there was yet again another massive fight involving kids from the high school bus. We have several videos and pictures we are turning over to both the police and the Gahanna Schools. We will be pushing to get all involved trespassed from common areas in the neighborhood along with pushing for expulsion from school. We also will be requesting officers be available in our neighborhood during the school bus drop off times as well.

**PSA** please make sure you keep your pets on a leash. This is for the safety of not only others but for your pet as well. Also please clean up after your pet as well. Letters and fines will start going out to community members that do not keep their pets on a leash and do not pick up after their pets. ***PSA***. We have a ZERO tolerance for fighting in our community. Today by the park as the high school kids came off the bus a large group of kids 15-20 high school kids decided to partake in a massive fight. Let it be known any future instances will result in the cops being called, fines sent to homeowners who’s children are involved and charges pressed. Also identidad individuals that are caught fighting or provoking the fight will be banned/trespassed from all common areas in the community. For 60 days. If your child violates the ban the police will be called and the trespass will be enforced.

Hello our neighbor Matt Wentworth was vandalized last night Tuesday, October 10 of 2023 he is not a part of this group, so I am making this request for him. He does not have any surveillance and he is asking if any neighbors on Acarie Dr have any security surveillance of a vehicle or any park out in the street around 1 AM early morning today October 11 he would be truly grateful for any help he can get
