As the golden hues of Thanksgiving give way to the quiet reflection of the days that follow, we at CBS find ourselves enveloped in gratitude. We are thankful for the precious time spent with family, for the heartfelt conversations around dinner tables, and for the moments of journeying towards our goals—those times of 'getting there' that are often as rewarding as the destination itself.

In these quieter moments, we've turned the pages of books that have broadened our horizons. We're especially grateful to authors who have penned the vast sea of knowledge from which we've quenched our thirst for learning. One such book, recommended by friends and now dear to us, is 'Think Again' by Adam Grant. This insightful work has reinforced the values we hold dear at CBS: to approach every situation with the humility and curiosity of the Scientist, to advocate for our mission with the passion of the Preacher, to engage with others with the charm of the Politician, but never at the expense of our integrity, and to stand up for what's right with the clarity of the Prosecutor.

These roles remind us to treat everyone with respect and positivity, to embrace learning as a lifelong journey, and to remain open to rethinking and growth. For all these lessons and for the community that supports us, we are deeply thankful.

As we make our way into the holidays, we can't help but pause and reflect on the incredible journey that has led us to this moment. Here at CBS, we're immensely appreciative of the team we've created—each member's dedication and passion are the keystones of our success. There were attempts in the past at forming a business, but it wasn't until my partner joined that we truly gained momentum and direction.

To our community—your encouragement has been a source of inspiration and strength. Thank you for standing by us, for cheering on our victories, and for being there through the challenges. To our clients, both past and present, we are grateful for the trust you place in us every day. Each relationship, even those that didn't continue, has been invaluable. I am starting the process of creating my own business page here. Those of you who have followed my journey may remember that the original page was established by me while I was part of a corporate organization and included a mix of my personal reflections, inspirations, and favorite quotes and videos. I'm grateful for your continued support. I have now removed any content that was associated with the previous company's branding. This step marks the beginning of building a new, personal business page that will be shaped by the decisions made by myself and my business partner, after careful thought and planning.
