We are super excited to be a sponsor for these two amazing events celebrating & supporting local art & culture in Columbus! This Friday, come to to celebrate the reunion exhibition and party for the infamous , which includes over 100 artists and 200 works of art, live music, and refreshments. Then come back to on Saturday for Blockfort’s epic Alley Islands Festival, which includes all new murals painted on the building by their studio artists, dozens of bands, food & beer trucks, and art vendors. It is going to be a wild weekend and we love supporting our local creatives and small businesses! Hope to see you there! 🧮🎨🍾

As Women’s History month continues, we’d like to highlight one of the most influential female entrepreneurs at the turn of the 20th century, Maggie Lena Walker.

Mrs. Walker, an African-American born in Richmond, Virginia at the end of the Civil War, made history in 1903 by becoming the first woman to start a bank in the United States! She provided the Black community with access to the financial benefits they were being denied by White-run banks. Walker served in various leadership roles in her community, including serving as Vice President of the Richmond chapter of the NAACP. 🧮⚖️💵
