Dear brokers and friends,
I have a property that was scheduled to close today. When we went for the final inspection, we noticed a water leak that was believed to be coming from the outside.
Other than Survepro and Service master, is there any member from our OCREE, specifically a certified Basement/water intrusion specialist that can provide us with the following?
1. Locate where the water is coming from.
2. Professionally repair what is needed.
3. It appears to be a recent leak, however, we need to check for any mold.
4. Remove the water from the small area that is affected.
5. Be able to provide us with an estimated dollar amount to complete this task.
The Buyer will only accept companies that are certified/ensured/bonded/with a warranty to provide us with this service.
