Located at 600 Wildflower Drive, the hotel is a conversion of the former Holiday Inn following a yearlong transformation, bringing Hilton’s first DoubleTree by Hilton to Northeast Pennsylvania. Soartress Hospitality will manage day-to-day operations.

We are thrilled to announce that Whitestone Capital, a Division of Whitestone Companies, has officially acquired the 408-room Renaissance Hotel Columbus Downtown. As our largest purchase in the city to date, this move makes Whitestone Companies the largest owner of upper-upscale Marriott products in downtown Columbus. Today, the Whitestone Companies family gathered at our corporate office for a holiday potluck filled with great food, good conversations, and plenty of cheer. Teams from Soartress Hospitality and came together to celebrate the season and share a moment of connection before closing out the year.
