And a balloon payment was coming due 😟

For Scott and Steve, seasoned investors, the clock was ticking - and the risk was real. A balloon payment means a large lump sum becomes due at once… and without a refinance in place, that can put the entire property in a difficult position.

We stepped in, quickly restructured the deal, and closed their DSCR cash-out refinance in 𝐢𝐧 𝟏𝟒 𝐝𝐚𝐲𝐬.
