5.0 star review received on Experience.com for Rena Jackson by Richard T M - From the day that my condo went on the market until yesterday when we closed on a new property, Rena took care of EVERYTHING on the financial front. Thanks to her, I was ready from the start to know my budget and had pre-approval for a new loan. When we sold the condo and found a new property, Rena, along with my agent, managed to work a very fair deal for me and close within the predicted 21 days. She found a loan at 1 point below market rates, and the lender actually gave us money to take their loan! I think she must be glued to her phone, because she was available whenever we contacted her. She was clear and concise in her emails and texts, and she has a great sense of humor and irony. Despite a few bumps along the way (like any real estate transaction) she managed to work out any glitches and we ended with a great deal on a loan for a great house. I am very thankful that we were able to connect with her, and I would recommend her to anyone who is looking for a talented, intelligent and knowledgeable person to handle the finances on their next real estate deal. 5 stars, but only because there aren't 10.
