My deepest respect and gratitude for our Veteran’s !....I read the following years ago when I was less enlightened and made my life much clearer ….Thank You for your service and sacrifice!

Want to feel better about yourself....work on these 3 areas....mind , body and soul.....today is about body.....the key word is how you FEEL about yourself - OK !....check out this article....it has many great ways to get your body going in the right direction- but it's asking alot if you are just starting to focus on your body....read the article pick 3 or 2 things you will commit to do and do that for 2 weeks ....on the 3rd week add 1 or 2 more things you will commit to do - and now your'e at 3-5 total committed new things you're doing to honor your body ......do this for 2 weeks. And every 2 weeks add 1 or more new things to do until your feeling great about yourself !....This is not about a diet , it's about a new lifestyle and a commitment to yourself...mind, body and soul....they're all interlinked in my opinion.... :)

Start by walking just one minute more a day.
