A paycheck represents more than just hours worked. It’s a down payment on a home or car, a family trip, peace of mind, or the freedom to pursue a dream. It is the tangible result of hard work turning into real possibilities.

Because of what that paycheck means to the person receiving it, getting it right is everything. Precision, timeliness, and total accuracy are how we show respect to every single employee for the effort they bring to the table each week.

From those humble beginnings, Stewart's has built an exceptional business around leadership accountability, owning problems, investing in people, and building a bigger pie so when one person does better, everyone does better. The one word Gary uses to describe their culture is "sharing."

Our official announcement is live, sharing more details about GTM’s first-of-its-kind revenue-sharing agreement with Siena University.

Rather than relying on one-time gifts or standard donor asks, this innovative model turns everyday business operations into continuous support for Siena’s Name, Image, and Likeness (NIL) program.

This revenue-sharing arrangement directly funds Siena student-athletes using a percentage of revenue from Siena-referred business clients. Companies upgrading their payroll and HR services incur zero added costs, with an overall target goal of generating $100,000 annually for Siena Athletics over the next three years.

As GTM founder and CEO Guy Maddalone ’89 noted, Siena and the Capital Region have played a vital role in our growth. Building on decades of history, from team sponsorships to the Maddalone Wall of Success, we are excited to launch an initiative that directly invests back into student-athletes, roster stability, and our local community.
