A few years later, I accepted a position as a receptionist at a mortgage company to help pay for my daughter’s dental work—and that decision changed the course of my career. I quickly discovered how
much I loved the mortgage side of the industry, worked my way up to becoming a loan officer, and I’ve now been serving clients for 30 years. Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of working with a wide range of clients, from first-time homebuyers to physicians. No matter the loan size or experience level, I always feel especially honored when a veteran trusts me to guide them through the home-buying process. My clients deserve to feel valued, supported, and informed every step of the way. That’s why I make myself available seven days a week—because questions and concerns don’t always happen between 9 and 5. I understand how life-changing the purchase of a home can be, whether it’s someone’s first or their tenth, and I’m grateful for every loan I originate. I pride myself on going above and beyond to make the mortgage process as seamless and stress-free as possible. I’ll meet clients wherever is most convenient—collecting documents, signatures, or anything needed to keep things moving smoothly. While I truly enjoy working on VA loans, I am also highly experienced with FHA, USDA, and conventional loan programs. As a lifelong resident of Bradley County, I can’t imagine calling anywhere else home. When I’m not working, I love spending time with my family, taking spontaneous weekend adventures to the mountains or nearby small towns, and exploring new cities—especially when it involves finding great local restaurants.
