As a former Director of Recruiting for a Fortune 500 financial company, Ms. Davis had acquired many business relationships and found that while most firms we
re specializing in a particular field, she was being asked to find a variety of candidates for each client. Whether it is a Sales Executive, Marketing Manager, Technology Specialist or Administrative Assistant, the companies wanted to work with one firm in sourcing candidates. They also wanted to work with an experienced professional – not someone who would be there one day and gone the next. The Davis Group is not a “staffing firm” and therefore operates under a different methodology. Establishing close, trusted relationships with our clients that are built over time has been the cornerstone of the practice. It is powered by our ability to screen and assess candidates, as well as understand a company’s requirements. Ultimately we can identify and deliver the best-qualified candidates to fill their needs.
