This is how flexible the courts are in Cuyahoga county with people who skip court.

Each bond change is a bench warrant over the span of 2 years.
Current bond is lower than the original bond.
And this isn't some traffic case, this is for Domestic Violence, one of the most common charges I deal with when bonding people out.
What does this say about our system?
Do they truly care about the victims based on seeing the amount of chances they give someone to just make it to court?
*NEVER rely on the mail to notify you for court dates.
ALWAYS look your case up online or call the clerk of courts to confirm when you have to show up.
