Seven years ago, I made the decision to leave the bar business and start fresh with an insurance career. Almost everyone I told had doubts. It reminded me of the same reaction I got as a kid when I said I wanted to play in the big leagues.

But I believed in the path I was choosing, so I put my head down and got to work.

The early years were tough, but I kept going. Today, I’m sitting in a ballroom in Austin, honored to be recognized as one of HealthMarkets’ top producers and proud to be part of this national conference.

What I’m most proud of, though, is the trust my clients place in me every day. Helping people protect what matters most is the reason I do this, and that will always be the biggest win.

To everyone who ever doubted me, thank you. You helped fuel the drive that got me here.

Happy Home Opener, Cleveland! ⚾️

Baseball has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember, starting with Little League and high school, then playing at Purdue, and in the Minor League for the Braves, Marlins, and Trappers.

These days, I’m proud to still be out playing hardball with the Greater Cleveland Adult Baseball League. I love every second of the game, whether on the field or in the stands, sharing my love of the game with my daughter.
