Yesterday I had the opportunity to attend an Alzheimer's Awareness event at my local gym. It's a reminder that wellness involves many dimensions of our lives, including physical health, mental health, and preparing for the future.

Alzheimer's disease impacts millions of families, often creating emotional and financial challenges along the way. Conversations about planning ahead can help families feel more prepared and informed as they navigate life's uncertainties.

Me and a colleague attended the YMCA Healthy Kids Day event in Largo this past Saturday. Our activity for the kids was to have them build a tower from noodles, throat lozenges and cups. However, it had to be taller that the tower we created (not shown). This was one of the tallest towers. It was a fun event for the kids, we saw a lot of imagination from them! What did you do this past weekend?
