🚨 BIG NEWS FOR HOMEBUYERS! 🏡🎉

Think your credit score is holding you back from buying a home? It might be time to take another look! 👀

One of our lending partners, UWM, just announced they are eliminating minimum credit score requirements on agency loans, including Conventional, FHA, VA, and USDA!

This could open the door for buyers who previously thought homeownership was out of reach!

Now, instead of relying on a minimum credit score alone, loan eligibility will depend on Automated Underwriting System (AUS) approval and other loan requirements.

This doesn't mean everyone will qualify, but it DOES mean more buyers may have an opportunity!

If you've been told your credit score is too low to purchase a home, let's take another look at your options!

Clear to close in just 5 DAYS! ⚡

With only five days remaining before the scheduled closing, this loan had to be resubmitted after adding another borrower. We knew it would take a major push—and incredible teamwork—to keep the original closing date.

Thanks to our amazing processors and everyone working behind the scenes, we secured the clear to close in time to close on the originally scheduled closing day! 🙌

This husband-and-wife mortgage team is known for being responsive, down-to-earth and willing to explore creative financing strategies for buyers with all kinds of financial situations. This one was a WIN! 💙

This buyer’s loan was actually denied by another lender just TWO WEEKS before they were supposed to close. They came to us for a second look, and after clearing up a couple of things, we were able to get the loan back on track and CLEAR TO CLOSE in just 8 DAYS! 🙌
