We are a proud Hero Sponsor of Rabun County’s annual first Responder Dinner. Honoring our hometown hero’s is a major pillar of Modern Woodmen’s fraternal program. Come out for Dinner and show support to our first responders. There will be great food, raffles and more!

I’m excited to offer Money & Me℠, a free financial literacy program for K-8 students.
Once your class completes 3-5 lessons, your classroom is eligible for a $50 donation to use however you choose!

The program is:
• Prewritten, easy to teach, and tied to learning standards.
• Flexibly paced to fit your classroom schedule.
• Available at no cost to you or your school.

I’m limited in donations this school year. Don’t wait to send me a message if you’re interested or know an educator who might be! I’d love to help bring financial literacy (and a little extra funding) to more local classrooms.

In 1909, Modern Woodmen opened a tuberculosis sanatorium that served more than 12,000 members. Years later, we provided support to families affected by the polio epidemic.
