Had a great time at the TREIA Main Meeting last night!

One of the things I’ve really enjoyed since becoming more involved with TREIA is getting to connect with so many local investors, hear different perspectives, and continue learning about areas of real estate outside of what I work with every day.

Last night’s discussion on tax lien and tax deed investing was another great example. Lots of good information, great conversations, and an awesome turnout from the Triangle real estate community.

Big thanks to everyone at TREIA who continues to put these events together. Looking forward to the next one!

I was honored to be invited to speak at the Women in Real Estate Networking Group last week!

We spent the evening discussing the habits that successful real estate investors consistently practice—things like building strong relationships, staying disciplined, taking consistent action, continuously learning, and making decisions with a long-term mindset.

One of my favorite parts was the discussion afterward. Everyone brought unique perspectives and experiences, and it made for a fantastic conversation.

Thank you to Kayla Morabito and Gabrielle Kern for the invitation and to everyone who attended. It was a privilege to share what I've learned over the years and connect with so many motivated investors.

A big thank you to both NCREIA and TREIA for hosting two outstanding events this week. It's always great to connect with investors, lenders, vendors, and real estate professionals who are actively building businesses and strengthening our investing communities.
