⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Another reminder of why I love what I do.

Helping Eduardo become a homeowner was an incredible experience. This wasn't just a home purchase—it included a house, two lots, building rights, water rights, and the opportunity to build his dream home in the future. Seeing that vision come together made this one especially rewarding.

A huge shoutout to the Realtor involved - Dan Thomas and Title Legend Bertha Stafford - Pioneer Title. This transaction took teamwork, communication, and dedication from everyone, and the result was exactly what our client deserved.

We were able to get him into this property with a great rate and $0 out of pocket at closing. That's the kind of win that never gets old.

This review means a lot because relationships matter. The process matters. The problem-solving matters. Most importantly, helping people achieve something as life-changing as homeownership matters.

This 2026 calendar year is my first full year in real estate. I'm proud to have helped 12 families close on homes, with several more under contract or actively shopping. Those numbers are especially meaningful because I took nearly two months away from work to spend time with my grandpa. He always wanted to see me succeed, and I carry that with me every day.

Every loan has its challenges — and that is why communication and problem-solving matter. 🏡💡

From gathering documentation (this isn't as simple as it sounds - there is definitely a skill/knowledge here when situations arise), product placement, changing markets, low appraisals, updated algorithms, changing guidelines, and navigating timelines while overcoming unexpected hurdles, the mortgage process isn’t always one-size-fits-all. The key is having a loan officer who stays proactive and communicates clearly.

My goal is to guide clients every step of the way, answering questions quickly, providing solutions with steps, and helping turn challenges into successful closings. Grateful for clients who trust me through the journey, my team, and my great realtor friends! 💚

This one means a lot, because it speaks simply to how I try to show up for every client. FYI these borrowers were fantastic people and the 2nd set of clients I have helped in their family.

I take a lot of pride in being the person who figures things out and finds a way forward. The truth is sometimes deals can be stressful & hard, however finding solutions and having a positive attitude that it will get done always helps.

This one came from a 10-day contract, which makes it even more special. 90%+ of mortgage loan officers will never do that in their careers. It was a 10-day contract but possibly the smoothest deal you will ever see in real estate. The amount of work, teamwork, and communication between everyone involved was incredible.

It’s been an incredible year so far, and I’m truly grateful for the trust people put in me. Also, extremely grateful for my team. 🙌
