Growing up as an AZ kid…Chino Valley to be specific…I never thought I’d have to wade through water to get to my truck. Or fill sand bags to protect from flooding! Yet here we are!

Today was exciting for a few hours. A huge lake out front of our office and water creeping in our front door. Thankful for our fire department had sandbags for us. We even got to help our friends at Yavapai Title Agency!

Let me take a minute to introduce you to Gene…Gene is our customer care expert and if you’ve called our office you no doubt have talked to Gene.

Gene is great at what he does and takes customer service very seriously but not in the stuffy professional way. He’s got a great sense of humor and can tell stories if you have time to listen to them.

Oh…it’s also his birthday so give him a shout out!
