I came home from a deployment and found my house to have major water loss/ flood damage after an unnamed utility company chose to shut off my gas for maintenance when I was away. A coworker recommended Mr. Rich Rivet and cedar falls construction so I went with them. I must say this company was so helpful, at times it felt as if Rich went after my insurance company and fought harder for me than I did in my predicament. It was a slow process but Rich explained it all to me, helping me get everything, and I mean everything replaced. He has gone to the extent of showing me 2 houses he was working on, that were totally destroyed months ago to now looking amazing. I cannot recommend Cedar falls construction enough. From the help with insurance, the clear explanation of the process, to the amazing work they do. I hope I never need to suffer from such a loss again, but if I somehow do, I know that cedar falls will be the first place I call.

First and foremost, in advance I want to say, Thank You! To Richard Rivet and his incredible team.

Last year we had a fire at our home in Westfield, I called around to many contractors and I just wasn't pleased with their responses nor their transparency. When I reached out to Richard at Cedar Falls Construction, he was very professional, and I was impressed with his knowledge of home building and fire reconstruction. From the beginning and often throughout the process, he always said, I work for you and it's all going to be ok, and you're going to be back into a beautiful, brand-new home. Richard didn't disappoint and he really delivered with all of our construction needs and more.

When I was having problems in the beginning with the Remediation company that I had previously hired, Richard referred me to Patrick at Quality Restoration, and that same day his team came in and started the process, effectively and efficiently. Whenever I had questions, and needed reassurance, Richard was there and available by phone and more times often than any, would meet me down at my property to discuss and review with me, any of my concerns or alleviate any anxieties. Richard skillfully navigated through the insurance process with extreme success, and we truly worked as a team during the whole process from start to finish.

When it comes to craftsmanship, quality and attention to details, Cedar Falls is second to no one. To Richard and his entire team of workers and sub-contractors, me and my wife can't say enough about how completely satisfied we are with the finished product of our home. On a side note, Richard is veteran, and a thoughtful and meticulous individual who is very passionate about his work. Anyone should be fortunate to have Cedar Falls Construction hired for their contracting needs.

Thank you, Richard we truly have a beautiful home, and I can truly say this was more than a business venture, we also made a new friend!

Rich did a wonderful job with our home. He built a very large addition to an existing older home that is concrete, and also remodeled the existing kitchen/living room. This was not an easy task as you can imagine, however Rich and his crew worked tirelessly and the end result is truly amazing. He has the patience of a saint and his vision for our home exceeded our expectations. His staff are extremely knowledgeable, hardworking, and a joy to be around. Rich is not only professional, but personable and willing to do his all. Thank you Rich for all you have done. Our home is incredible!!

2500 square-foot custom farmhouse we just completed Tuesday. Note the attention to detail from the Custom Hardwood Floors ,we cut down the trees on the property, milled and turned the boards into hardwood flooring and installed. We built the custom showers by hand from scratch. Note the custom stairs, railings and sunroom with vaulted ceilings .We take extreme pride in the work that we do and I hope it shows.
