From the very beginning — starting with the pre-approval application — Dolores was exceptional. She remained available at any time of day, always responding quickly and with genuine care. What meant the most to us was how she truly held our hand through every single step. If there was something we didn’t understand, she never rushed us. Instead, she took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure we felt confident before moving forward.
The entire process was incredibly smooth and convenient. Most documents were sent electronically for signature, which made things so easy. By the time we got to closing, everything was so well-prepared that we were done in under an hour — thanks again to Dolores making sure we could e-sign much of the paperwork ahead of time.
