Conquering Larry Bird and the Boston Celtics

Dear Sir/ Madam,

I, Rasheed Ariwoola (CEO), Fulline Financial Limited (USA) on behalf of Two (2) UKTB’s (Gilts) and USTB’s Buyers Expression of Interest and Request for Purchase of Financial Instruments.

The 1st Buyer is an (SEC) Registered Mutual Fund, the buyer does not have the same flexibility as a private unregulated buyer. But the advantage of this buyer is that they have a huge cash stock-pile from which the buyer can cash purchase high volumes of bonds securities papers such as: UKTB’s (Gilts), USTB’s and MTN’s.

The buyer have account at JPMC. The buyer can purchase on a weekly basis UKTB’s (Gilts), USTB’s and MTN’s Up to 250.B with R & E to 1.T

The JPMC seller’s Trade Desk needs to submits all available UKTB’s (Gilts), USTB’s and MTN’s with (ISIN Numbers). The seller is also required to provide “Custodial Statements/ Receipts”, before checking the Buyer’s (POF).

The buyer has billions of Cash in account at JPMC. Proof of funds bank-to-bank will be needed once the submission is accepted.
Buyer will like to purchase UK. Gilts at 83% + 2% and USTB’s at 13% + 2% discount price.

The second buyer is an institutional buyer that do not issue (LOI) but will provide their (LEI #) and signs NCNDA/IMFPA. Seller submits UK. Gilts and USTB’s Sales Offers with ISIN # on each of the offers along with the “Custodial Statements/Receipts” to initiate Engagement Procedures with Seller’s Bank Officer or Trade Desk Officer.

Buyer (POF) is available once Bonds owner is shown. Buyer can’t initiate purchase order without “Custodial Statements/ Receipts” attached to Seller sales offer.
