Here's how I helped these clients close their loan just 10 day!
These client's were referred by a previous client. When they shared what area they wanted to purchase in, we both knew that it was going to be a very competitive situation. I told them that speed and readiness was going to be our way for them to stand out with a multiple offer situation. Specially since the property was vacant.
Our team asked for every single document needed, in order to issue their pre approval. This is a major role in getting clients closed quicker, specially knowing what to ask for.
I called the listing agent and told her that our offer was as goo as cash, and her sellers were going to be so happy she presented our offer, that they were going to refer her more business!
With the help of their agent, we go under contract and these clients are now home owners in this competitive market.
We were not the highest offer.
