Had another awesome closing! So glad to have been referred these homebuyers from a previous client. Appraisal came in over asking, negotiated higher lender credits, and we were clear to close in 6 days! I couldn’t have done it without . She helped get some seller concessions to lower closing cost and she made it super easy for me to get everything I needed. Communication was top notch! Couldn’t have been a smoother process🍾🥂

Another super smooth closing in the books. First time working with .adams.sn and the transaction couldn’t have been better. Clear to close in 10 business days and Mike managed to get seller concessions to our buyers basically only had to bring the down payment to the table.
