It's been a great two days at the Warren Project. Kitchen floors installed, living room and hallway floors picked out, 9 out of 12 Windows were installed today. (Blue tape is to help the top sash stay while the caulk dries, no worries, in case some of you were thinking they were taped together lol). Last three windows were ordered.

A little New Years Eve demo at the Warren Project!

Go to change the locks on our flip during last weeks pouring rain and find the back bedroom flooding through the Sheetrock. Source of the problem found by way of a 5 ft branch from a nearby dead tree spearing the roof. Flipping is never as easy as it looks on TV. Add plywood repair to the list.
