After a morning of cleaning out a client’s house getting it ready to list, Hunter and I stopped in Saugerties on our way home for lunch and to check out a local book store. My apprentice worked his butt off!!!-built some muscles and learned a little something about property management.

Luckily he works for cheap-only cost me two books and lunch with Shirley Temples. 😎
