I wrapped up my last appointment of the day with a two-for-one special fingerprints and a couple of notarizations! This client turned out to be a pulmonary and sleep specialist, and you know me Ima get in where I fit in 😅 We ended up chatting about my insomnia, downloaded an app together, and even practiced some breathing techniques.

Walking into his beautiful upscale apartment building was a surprise total hidden gem. Of course, I had to ask when he’s buying a home! We talked neighborhoods, loans, and laughed when the total for my services matched the bill amount he’d just mentioned.

Made a new friend, got some sleep tips, and sealed a deal (literally)! Happy Notary Day to me! 🤑✨

Today was a closing day! I reminded my client that he wouldn’t have to hear my voice on the other line for a while and that was his pose. The Notary Signing Agent had her “assistant” with her. Either way, it was done a lil under an hour.
