Great point...Rents go nowhere but higher sooner or later...Fixed rates are dropping and can be refinanced lower. Don't pay your landlords mortgage. Seller credits can be 3-6% depending on loan product

Rents are insanely high right now. Renters are having a hard time keeping up with the skyrocketing costs of renting. Owning a home is often more expensive up front if you put 20% down (you don't have to) and covering closing costs (some of those can be covered by the seller), but you wouldn't believe how many of our clients say that their mortgage is actually going to be less than the rent they are paying.
