We’ve been talking about fixing education for decades.

New schedules.
New policies.
New pilot programs.

And yet… almost nothing fundamentally changes.
Not because the problems are unsolvable.
But because we keep getting stuck at the surface.

The real question isn’t what we should change.
It’s why meaningful change never seems to happen at all.
