We are proud to share that F&M Bank Chairman and CEO Steve Fisher has been installed as Chair of the North Carolina Bankers Association Board of Directors for the 2026-27 term.

What makes this moment especially meaningful: the ceremonial gavel Fisher accepted at the NCBA's annual convention is the same one presented to his father, Paul Fisher, when he was installed as NCBA Board Chair in 1989. That kind of connection to legacy and community is at the heart of everything F&M Bank stands for.
